Swagger is reluctantly coaxed back into the fray and identifies the most likely sniper position. But when the assassination attempt occurs, Swagger is not the hero; he is the patsy. Hunted by the FBI and a clandestine mercenary unit working for a powerful senator, Swagger is forced to go on the run.
