Microsoft discontinued the entire FrontPage product line after the release of FrontPage 2003. No version of FrontPage was ever developed or released in 2013. When Microsoft bundled its productivity tools for the Office 2013 ecosystem, website creation had completely moved to other platforms.
Microsoft eventually made this successor free. It is much more modern than FrontPage and can be found on community archive sites.
