OpMod often breaks with new official patches. Check the SimHQ or Graviteam official forums for update status. Also, never run two total conversion mods together.
1. Sound Overhaul Mods (Awesome Sound Mod / Community Audio Project)
Select the installed mod, click "Activate," and then press "Save/Commit." The game will rebuild its core database to safely integrate the modded files.
