At its core, Paiyaa is a cat-and-mouse game wrapped in a love story. The plot is deceptively simple: Shiva (Karthi) is a carefree, jobless youth in Bangalore who falls instantly in love with Charulatha (Tamannaah) at a petrol bunk.
