This paper presents an experimental and analytical investigation into the mechanical properties of a novel fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) composite designated “Waqas FRP.” The material was developed to address limitations in conventional FRP systems, specifically concerning interfacial bond durability and high-temperature performance. Tensile, flexural, and shear bond tests were conducted according to ASTM standards. Results indicate that Waqas FRP exhibits 18% higher ultimate tensile strength and 25% improved bond resistance under cyclic loading compared to baseline FRP. Finite element modeling confirms the potential for retrofit applications in reinforced concrete beams.
