The film's title refers to the three dots of the Tamil letter "ஃ" (Aayutha Ezhuthu), symbolizing the three different social classes and perspectives represented by the main characters.
Inspired by Thatha's tales, Kaveri began to visit "Ayutha Ezhuthu" regularly. She would help Thatha catalog his collection and learn about the history behind each book.
