Zerrin Doğan, 6 Ocak 1961'de İstanbul'da doğdu. Çok küçük yaşta oyunculuğa başlayan Zerrin, ilk olarak 1976 yılında TRT'nin yarışması olan "Star TV Gençlik Yarışması"nda yer aldı. Bu yarışmada gösterdiği performans ile dikkatleri üzerine çeken Zerrin Doğan, kısa bir süre içerisinde çeşitli televizyon dizileri ve sinema filmlerinde rol almaya başladı.
